About our store

Pikavelle is operated by dckelly solutions LLC. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business. These terms apply to purchases from pikavelle.com and use of our products and website. Our store is hosted on Shopify, but your purchase is from us.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. You must be legally able to enter into the purchase, or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Physical products and digital downloads

Pikavelle sells physical products and digital downloads. Each listing identifies the item, its features, and what is included. Physical items require shipping; digital items are delivered electronically. Review the product description before ordering.

Digital product file requirements

For products identified as digital downloads, no physical item will be shipped. Review the product description, included files, and file requirements before purchasing. Editable source files, printing services, and physical supplies are not included unless a product listing expressly says otherwise.

The Calm the Chaos Kit is a printable PDF formatted for US Letter paper, with portrait and landscape pages. It does not contain fillable fields. You will need a device and software that can open PDF files, and access to a printer if you want paper copies.

Digital product license: personal and household use

Your digital product purchase includes a nonexclusive license to download, use, and print the product for your own personal and household use. You may reprint the reusable pages for that use.

You may not resell, rebrand, redistribute, publish, upload for public access, or share the files outside your household. No resale, private-label, or other commercial-use rights are included. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property. Our products and store materials contain content owned by us or used under license.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. The total due, including any applicable taxes, is shown before you pay. Each kit purchase is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Provide an accurate email address and billing information at checkout so that payment and delivery can be completed. Digital download access is released after successful payment. Physical orders are processed for shipment after successful payment. If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, or we cannot fulfill it, we will contact you to resolve the issue or cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid for it.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to purchases. Unused physical items in original condition and packaging may be returned by requesting a return within 30 days of delivery. Customers pay return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Digital purchases are generally final sale and nonrefundable, subject to that policy and your applicable legal rights. We offer help for incorrect, damaged, or inaccessible files and duplicate charges as described in the policy.

Using our resources and website

Our digital planning resources provide general household-planning and educational information. They do not promise a particular result. Use the website lawfully, and do not interfere with its operation, misuse another person's information, or infringe another person's rights.

If a technical problem prevents you from accessing a purchased file, contact us so that we can help restore access or address the issue under our Refund Policy.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit the store or make a purchase.

Changes and your rights

The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase. We may update these terms for future orders and will show the updated date on this page. Nothing in these terms or our store policies limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
