Shipping and Digital Delivery

Pikavelle sells physical products and digital downloads. Check the product description for the type of item and what is included.

Physical products

Physical items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Available destinations, delivery options, shipping charges, and any delivery estimates are shown during checkout when available. Please confirm your address before placing your order.

Processing and delivery times vary by product, supplier, destination, and shipping method. Any dates shown are estimates, not guarantees. Physical products may ship directly from our suppliers, and orders containing items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Tracking information is provided when available after shipment. If your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, include photos so we can help resolve the issue.

Digital downloads

Digital items are delivered electronically; no physical product is shipped and no shipping charge applies to the digital item. Download access is released after successful payment through the order status page and an automated email sent to the address used at checkout. Payment processing or email delivery may cause a short delay.

You will need internet access and a device or software compatible with the file format listed in the product description. Printing services, paper, ink, and editable source files are not included unless expressly stated. Save a copy of your purchased files to your own device.

Orders containing both types

Digital downloads and physical items are delivered separately. Receiving a download does not mean your physical items have shipped.
