What does Pikavelle sell?
We offer physical products and digital downloads across a variety of collections. Each product description explains what is included and how it is delivered.
How will I receive my order?
Physical products are shipped to your checkout address. Digital downloads are delivered electronically after successful payment, with access through your order status page and a download email. Orders containing both are delivered separately.
How much is shipping, and when will my order arrive?
Available shipping options, charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. Processing and transit times vary by item, supplier, destination, and shipping method. Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages. See our Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy.
How do I track a physical order?
We provide tracking information when available after shipment. If you need help with a delayed or missing package, use our Contact page and include your order number.
Can I return a physical product?
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Customers pay return shipping unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us before sending anything back. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
What do I need for a digital download?
Check the listing for file formats, dimensions, and software requirements. Printable PDFs can be printed at home or through a printing service. Editable or fillable features are included only when the listing says so. No physical item or printing service is included with a digital download.
Can I share or resell digital files?
Digital purchases are for personal and household use unless the listing expressly states otherwise. Do not share, redistribute, resell, or use them to create products for sale.
Are digital downloads refundable?
Digital purchases are generally final sale and nonrefundable for change of mind. If a file is incorrect, damaged, or inaccessible, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us so we can resolve it. Your applicable legal rights are unaffected.
Where is my download email?
Check your spam or junk folder and order status page. If you still need help, use our Contact page with your order number and checkout email.
