Returns and Refunds

Pikavelle sells physical products and digital downloads. The following terms apply according to the type of item purchased.

Physical products: 30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with any tags and accessories included. Please provide your order number and proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first; items may ship from different suppliers.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or any reason it cannot be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads do not require physical shipping. Because delivered files cannot be returned, digital purchases are generally final sale and nonrefundable for change of mind, lack of required software or equipment, or failure to read the listing.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged file, cannot access your download, or are charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us with your order number and checkout email. We will help restore access, replace the file, or provide an appropriate refund.
